The conference was organized by Hochschule Rosenheim and the Special Interest Group of Physics of the SEFI organization. The SIG of Physics establishes permanent contacts between physicists in higher education and physicists in industry.
PTEE 2024 conference provided a forum to exchange research and experiences on:

PTEE 2024 conference focused on exchanging ideas and experiences of physics teaching in engineering education. The topic covered all aspects of learning natural sciences in the STEM field: theory, laboratory work, virtual labs, field work, simulations, projects, recommended content, assessment, learning analytics, assignments, pedagogical aspects, on-line activities, distant learning, influence of the pandemic on teaching and learning, articifical intelligence in learning and teaching, innovative concepts for labs in physics and engineering, interdisciplinarity and related subjects.
